Priya Nair’s personal and professional journey has been shaped by transitions—across countries, careers, and self-perceptions. With over a decade of experience in IT and academia, she moved to Muscat, Oman, in 2013, embracing a new chapter as an expat, stay-at-home mom, volunteer, and doctorate student. Pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration while parenting pushed her to discover her

strengths in new ways. Through this journey, she realized that true freedom comes from recognizing whether we pursue ventures out of fear or genuine passion. This insight became a turning point, reshaping her approach to personal growth and transformation.

Beyond academics, Priya immersed herself in volunteer work, engaging with diverse communities and witnessing firsthand the power of connection and transformation. These experiences deepened her understanding of resilience, purpose, and personal growth, inspiring her to explore how she could help others navigate their own crossroads.

Priya is a Senior Achologist and member of the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology (Achology), certified and trained in Life Coaching, Skilled Helping, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming and Mindfulness.


She is also a certified Brain Coach and member of the Brain Academy. Priya is a strong advocate for purposeful living, self-awareness, personal growth, empowerment and mind-body-spirit wellbeing.

Priya holds a bachelor's and a master's in Computer Science, along with a doctorate in Business Administration.
